The Office of General Affairs aims to provide high-quality services, safety, energy efficiency, and comprehensive management for all faculty and students. This includes the General Service & Construction Section, Cashier Section & Property Management Section, and Procurement Section.
The responsibilities of the Office are both trivial and complex. The fundamental mission of the Office is to serve all faculty and students, promote the affairs of every department, division, and office, and coordinate teaching administrative matters. With a spirit of enthusiastic, sincere, positive, and initiative-driven service, we hope to achieve the overall educational goals of our school. Additionally, we carefully plan campus buildings year after year to provide an excellent teaching environment and quality of life for all faculty and students. In our implementation methods, we will not only comply with the relevant laws and regulations from competent authorities but also strive for optimal performance and efficient use of our resources. Therefore, our objective is to effectively utilize our existing manpower, material resources, and financial assets to achieve maximum economic benefits.
To efficiently advance the school administration system, we have developed a holistic framework that includes the Cashier Check Management System, Conference Room Management System, Electronic Document Management System, and Property Management System. Currently, we are actively working on several additional systems, such as the School Maintenance Management System and the Automated Procurement System with Budget Request linked to the Property Management Accounting System. We hope to achieve comprehensive automation and integration. In the future, the operational procedures of the Office of General Affairs will be more efficient, allowing us to provide quicker inquiry services for those who request assistance.
